2.2 All products are delivered digitally via email. No physical copies of software will be shipped.

2.4 We do not guarantee compatibility with your system. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check system requirements before purchasing.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 All prices listed on our Website are in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payments must be made in full before product keys are delivered.
3.3 We accept Visa Card, Master Card, AMEX, Discover card Payments.
3.4 Orders may be subject to manual verification for security purposes, which can delay delivery by up to 24 hours.

4. Digital Delivery
4.1 All software keys are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.
4.2 Delivery is usually instant, but in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to security verification or high order volume.
4.3 Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect email input.
4.4 If you do not receive your product key within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support.
5. Activation and License Usage
5.1 All product keys sold on Keys Experts are genuine and legally sourced.
5.2 Some software keys may be OEM, Retail, or Volume licenses. The type of key will be specified on the product page.
5.3 OEM keys are tied to a single device and cannot be transferred. Retail keys may be transferable under certain conditions.
5.4 The customer is responsible for activating the software using the instructions provided.
5.5 We do not provide refunds for keys that are successfully activated but later become invalid due to unauthorized system modifications or third-party software interference.
6. Refund and Return Policy
6.1 Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- The product key is invalid or non-functional and cannot be replaced.
- The customer did not receive the product key within 24 hours of purchase.
6.2 Refunds will not be granted if:
- The key has already been activated successfully.
- The customer purchased the wrong product.
- The product is incompatible with their system.
6.3 All refund requests must be submitted to support@keysexperts.pk with proof of the issue.
6.4 Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after verification.
